Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data NoDepositFreeSpins collects and why. We collect the minimum needed to run the site and keep our claim counts accurate.

Cookies we set

When you join the Free Spins Club we store your email address, your membership status, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address for abuse prevention. Membership is double opt-in: nothing sends until you confirm from your inbox, and every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We send email through Amazon SES (Amazon Web Services), which processes messages on our behalf. We never sell or share the member list.

The contact form

Messages sent through our contact form (your email address and your message) are delivered to our inbox by email rather than stored in the site's own database. We keep them only as long as we need to deal with your message.

Offer problem reports

When you use the "Report a problem" link on an offer's page, we store the report (the offer, the reason you chose, and any details you add) along with a one-way hashed form of your IP address for abuse prevention. Reports are anonymous: we don't ask for or store your name or email address with them.

Fonts

The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files directly from Google's servers, which means Google sees your IP address as part of serving them. Google's own privacy policy covers those requests.

Your data rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time. For most people that's a Free Spins Club membership entry. Use thecontact page and we'll sort it.

What we don't do

We never store your raw IP address for claim tracking, only a one-way hash used for abuse prevention. We don't sell personal data to third parties.

Third-party links

Claiming an offer redirects you to the casino operator's own site, which has its own separate privacy policy. We are not responsible for how third-party operators handle your data once you leave our site.
